DBS is hiring for the role of Sales Manager.
The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Manager will create, lead and execute an ambitious sales plan for DBS that is responsive to the dynamic and increasingly competitive private education landscape and aligns with the strategic objectives of the College. This is a key role, and the opportunity exists for the right individual to become an integral part of
the management team, spearheading the college’s national and international growth.
The Person:
You are a motivated, passionate sales professional with at least five years proven experience of successful solution selling to meet and exceed sales targets. You possess excellent stakeholder management and communications skills with a strong track record of effective engagement at a senior level both internally and externally. The ability to manage and motivate a sales team operating in a highly competitive marketplace will be a key requirement of the role. Previous experience of sales generation in a similar environment is desirable, though not essential.
